Refund policy

โœ… Eligible Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or sale items

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

๐Ÿ”„ How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@divinora.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and a photo of the issue.

  2. Once approved, weโ€™ll schedule a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

  3. On receiving and inspecting the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, bank details will be required for a refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Charges will born by the customer.
